I believe that these 9 months are very precious & one always wants them the best as anything can go wrong at any point. So it is very helpful at this time to have good healthcare support from doctor. We visited the hospital for first time when we met DR. Pragya we were pretty confident from the first consultation itself that we are in right hands. Overall experience has been good as we always got all care , attention and proper treatment at all time . Doctor is amazing and give a lot of confidence and have a very positive attitude and has given wonderful advice during all scans and even if there were any ups and downs she would handle the situation so well and would never let us panic.she is very supportive at every step throughout the pregnancy. The service has been very nice , everyone from the housekeeping at the nursing staff has been very kind and helpful. We feel really grateful that we chose to deliver at Kailash Deepak hospital. Thank you

I WAS TAKEN INTO EMERGENCY AND I SAW THE DUTY STAFF WAS EXTREMELY PROMPT.

I was taken into emergency and I saw the duty staff was extremely prompt and helpful. They neither wasted any time & nor asked us to fill additional forms or anything like that, as is the case in other big hospitals. Their priority was to take care of arisen emergency, which they did with extreme care. Additionaly, the doctor took special attention to ask me if i was feeling better, as did the nurse. They were extremely kind, helpful and attentive. Also, the beds were clean and the services were very affordable. I was very impressed with the services provided. Highly recommended!

MY FIRST VISIT & WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

Visited Hospital yesterday with severe tooth pain. Staff at the main reception was very cordial. One of the staff escort me to the Dental OPD at 2nd Floor. OPD staff took only few minutes for completing all the formalities. Treatment given by Dr. Shalin Gupta, Dental Specialist was so amazing that I got relief from pain during treatment itself. Dr. Shalin Gupta is very humble and a down-to-earth human being. I once again thanks from the bottom of my heart to Dr. Shalin Gupta ji & Kailash Deepak Hospital Team.
